Free Delivery on all UK Orders over £10.00.  Delivery is £2.50 for all orders under £10 (excluding VAT).

Delivery Timescales

Orders are posted either the same day or the next working day. Specially ordered items and made to order items will take longer.

We will contact you if there is likely to be any delay with your order and you can then have the choice of either waiting for the item(s) or cancelling your order.

Unfortunately, delays can occur owing to circumstances outside of our control (for example, Postal Strikes) and therefore, we incur no liability for delays or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Orders are sent in plain white jiffy bags however please note that our address is printed the front label.

UK deliveries are sent First Class Post, Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery, depending on the value of the order and the latter two require a signature. If no one is home to accept delivery, the parcel will be returned to your Royal Mail collection office and a card will be left.

United Kingdom - sent same day or next working day - Delivery is normally 1-2 working days.

International deliveries are sent by International Signed For and will require a signature.

Europe - sent by next working day - Delivery normally 5 days.
Rest of World - sent by next working day - Delivery normally 7-10 days.

If your item is not delivered, please allow up to 25 days after posting before you consider it lost. This is because your item may have been held in customs or be in the process of being returned to sender if it could not be delivered for some reason.

Split Orders and Back Orders

We usually send orders by the next working day. If an item is showing as in stock on our website, it means that it should be in stock. Unfortunately mistakes do happen and if our stock levels are incorrect, meaning that part or all of your order is not in stock, we will send any available items at once and refund you for any items that we cannot reorder.

If the item that is out of stock forms part of a set (ie. the necklace is out of stock but the earrings are in stock), we will contact you to ask if you would like to wait for the item(s) to become available or would prefer us to cancel part of all of your order.

If we cannot contact you on the day that we would post your order, we will assume that you would like us to send the items that are in stock and are happy to wait for the other item(s) to become available.

Outstanding items will then follow on as soon as they become available and you will not incur any additional postage costs. Please note that payment is taken for the whole order before any is dispatched.

Unfortunately, manufacturers do sometimes discontinue lines with no advance warning. We have no control over this, but will let you know if we are no longer able to fulfil an order.

Specially Ordered Items

If you have ordered an item that we do not normally stock, we will ask you to pay for the item before we place the order with our suppliers. Once you have paid for the item, we will place the order with our suppliers and send it to you the next working day after it has arrived with us.

Specially ordered items and items made to order cannot be returned.

Customs and Duty Information

It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods on all packages sent outside the European Union. Shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Please do not ask us to mark any orders as a 'gift'.

Any charges for customs clearance must be paid for by you.

VAT Information

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
